Customer gives permission to Lily Park to enter Customer’s property for the purpose of performing the above services. Lily Park takes Customer confidentiality very seriously and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all information relating to Customer and Customer’s residence remain completely confidential.

Payment is due at the time of service. Non-payment or NSF check fees shall be due immediately and may result in late payment fees of 1.5% per month (18% APR). Customer shall pay any court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees which are incurred by Lily Park in the enforcement of its rights under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Indiana. Any action, including actions in tort, arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be filed and litigated in any Fulton County, Indiana, court. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Indiana courts for Fulton County and agree to submit to the service of process rules of the Indiana Code and the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure. All prior negotiations and agreements are merged into this final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties.
